We conducted a corporate workshop for Fullerton Fund Management, focusing on sustainable food solutions and alternative proteins. The session included a specially prepared lunch featuring insect-based dishes, such as cricket cakes, to highlight the potential of insects in future food innovation.

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (MOE) WORKSHOP

We organized a cricket baking workshop for MOE teachers in collaboration with Science Centre Singapore. Attendees learned about the benefits of insect farming and participated in hands-on baking using our cricket powder.

CRICKET BUNS PROJECT WITH TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC

As part of Temasek Polytechnic’s Applied Science Showcase 2024, we supplied insects to create cricket buns. These cricket buns are now available at Temasek Polytechnic’s BistroLab.

Who will be conducting the lessons?

Our MOE-registered instructors, aged 28-40, are highly experienced in food, nutrition, and design & technology (DT). They have been conducting workshops for over 7 years, teaching more than 3,000 students.

How many students are there per session?

We can accommodate class sizes ranging from 10 to 200 students per session, with instructors handling the numbers as required.

Do we have to pay for additional instructors?

No, additional instructors are provided at no extra cost by us.

What are the components of the lesson?

 Each session follows a 4-step structure:

1️⃣ Problem Statement → Introduction to the theme

2️⃣ Singapore Context → Real-world applications

3️⃣ Ideation & Solutions → Brainstorming & innovation

4️⃣ Assessment & Sharing → Reflection & peer discussion

What levels of students are your programs suitable for?

Our programs cater to all student levels, from Primary 1 to Junior College 2 (P1 - JC2). Content is pitched appropriately to match age groups and learning abilities.

Do we have to pay for transport?
